Today's talk is about Germany, a country from Europe. The capital city is Berlin and the other important cities are:

The official language of this country is German and their residents are Germans. The official coin of this country is Euro like in Spain.

Karneval in Cologne: It is a great costume party, the first day begins with a lively street parade in which many people dress in extravagant costumes.

Rhein in Flammen in Koblenz: It is a fireworks show and boat parades on the banks of the Rhine.


The traditional dress for women is the “Dirndl“ and for men is the “Lederhosen“.

-Germany has 1.000 varieties of sausages.

-The most popular German surname is Müller.

-The beer is considered a food in Baviera.

-Gummy Bears are a German invention. 

-Dirndl: The ribbon with which the apron is tied in the past symbolized marital status. If the woman tied the bow on the right side, meant that she was married or engaged, and the bow on the left side, that she was single.
